There are 5 steps that you need to follow:

Pick a plan and pay the company registration fee,
Choose your company name,
Specify what your company will do,
List board members and/or shareholders,
Complete your set-up.

Passaport or National Identity card + one of the following proof of address:

personal bank statement;
utility bill;
residence certificate.

Proof of address will be considered valid if issued in the last 3 months.

The article of association is a document that set out the governing rules of your company.

Would be advisable to adopt a standard model of article of association (download).
