There are 5 steps that you need to follow:

Pick a plan and pay the company registration fee,
Choose your company name,
Specify what your company will do,
List board members and/or shareholders,
Complete your set-up.

Once we have all the required documents, and the previous accountant has been informed, it takes usually 3-5 working days to do the switching.

There are 4 documents you ought to send us:

UTR and VAT number
VAT returns
Nominal Ledger
Trial balance
Purchase and Deals Ledgers
Assets or any advance balances
Previous corporation tax returns

If you don’t know what these records are, don’t stress, those are bookkeeping reports and archives you don’t have to know almost. Your past bookkeeper can provide them to you.

Closing your Ltd is completely free if you have joined our service for six months. Before the months of management, if you want to proceed with the closure of the Ltd, we apply a penalty for early cancellation of € 500.00. There are no fees applied if you decide to change accountant.
